"... Observing al-sawm (the fasting) is prescribed for you as it was prescribed for those before you, that you may become al-muttaqoon (the pious)." [al-Baqarah 2:183]
1. Confirmation of start of Ramadhan 2010 - The moon has been sighted, First Tarawih prayer tonight (Tuesday 10/08) after Isha prayer. First day of Ramadhan on Wednesday, 11th August 2010.
2. Alhamdulillah, Qari Aweys-Jama will be leading the Tarawih prayers - for timings please download the timetable

4. Iftar will be provided daily inshAllah
5. It is requested that all visitors at the Masjid minimise noise and disturbance when entering/exiting the Masjid
